What to expect…

NITROX (EANx) CERTIFICATION - Roatan, Honduras

Learn why breathing nitrox allows you to make longer dives and how nitrox can be used to extend your bottom time and reduce your surface intervals. Your PADI Instructor will offer hands-on practical exercises before offering to take you on two optional dives.

Enriched air, also known as EANx or “nitrox,” contains less nitrogen than the air with birth normally. Breathing less nitrogen means a diver can enjoy longer dives and shorter intervals at the surface in between dives. Enriched air is the most popular PADI specialty.
