We are committed to providing our customer's world-class Scuba services. And we recognize we cannot do that without an able team of scuba professionals on Roatan. For this reason, we've gone through great lengths in securing a best-in-class team of divemasters and scuba instructors able to guide our customers safely on daily scuba dives in Roatan.
Open Positions
Divemaster
Must have completed the PADI Divemaster training. We look for strong social skills and an ability to take the initiative in assisting divers. We are interested in divemasters with a nag for logistics and coordination as they run point in the preparation of daily scuba diving trips.
Requirements
Completed PADI Divemaster training
Strong Social Skills
Logistics and Coordinating experience
In good physical health
Scuba Instructor
Must have completed the PADI Scuba Instructor course. We look for strong leadership skills with a strong ability for oral presentations. Must be knowledgeable of the local environment, marine life, and local ecosystems. Must be able to demonstrate and follow proper scuba techniques above and below the surface. We look for organized individuals able to manage and complete the required administrative responsibilities that come with running a scuba operation.
