Cancellations made by you:

You have the right to cancel your reservation at any time. All cancellations can be made by sending an e-mail to ok@scuba.shop or by sending us a message via WhatsApp at +(504) 3993-4293. Cancellation costs will be charged as a percentage of the purchase price. 

The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 30 days: 25%

• Between 14 and 29 days: 50%

• Between 0 and 13 days: 100%
